Kristy is a certified SMART is the New Perfect and Inclusive SMART Capitalism, Speaker and Workshop Leader. She is a Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Life Coach, Certified in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), and a successful business woman with over 34 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. She has a BA from the University of San Diego and an MBA/MSEC from University of Maryland.

In this 12 session (1-2 sessions per week), one-to-one coaching program, Kristy will work beside you to understand what is truly important to you, and take you through The SMART Framework and customize it to improve your performance, rid yourself of what is holding you back, and focus on the present rather than the distant past or the unknown future. Kristy will meet with you online via Zoom or in person (if you live in the North County San Diego area).
